A cum laude graduate of Saint John Fisher College with a bachelor of arts in economics and political science, Tony DiTucci began his career as an estimator and project manager for Spoleta Construction & Development Corporation. Currently, he serves as vice president of DGA Builders, LLC, in which role he directs the completion of multifamily and senior housing projects. Established in 1978, Foodlink fights hunger nationwide by distributing food to a network of human service agencies. The organization operates more than 30 food-related programs, among them the Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables (JSY) program, which introduces nutritional education to emergency agencies. Since 1997, the program has promoted the consumption of fresh produce to food-insecure populations who are eligible for SNAP benefits. Combining educational information with hands-on experience like cooking demonstrations, the program aims to empower individuals and families to make healthy choices.
